We also have a VGO (Property Maintenance) certification. Our inhouse training focuses on ensuring quality, as well as environmental and safety aspects.

Maasmond guarantees workmanship, creativity, quality, perfect planning and budget control. Our history dates back to 1898 when Maasmond started out as a painting company in Rotterdam. Since then we have grown into a household name in property care and project fit-out and we rank in the top 5 of our sector.
Maasmond vierde afgelopen jaar haar 125-jarig bestaan met een receptie voor klanten, leveranciers en partners. Als cadeau-idee vroegen we een bijdrage voor het Ronald McDonald Huis, dit was een succes want er werd meer dan 8000 euro opgehaald. Deze royale donatie versterkt niet alleen het sociaal engagement van Maasmond, maar dient als inspiratie voor bedrijven die hun succes willen delen en een positieve impact op de gemeenschap willen hebben. Een viering met een blijvende betekenis.

Nadat we afgelopen april als nieuwe alliantiepartner waren geïntroduceerd in de Klimaatalliantie Duurzame Mobiliteit heeft Maasmond nu een mooie vervolgstap gezet in de transitie naar duurzaamheid. Zo zijn er onlangs 12 nieuwe elektrische Renault bedrijfswagens geleverd en worden deze op dit moment van bestickering en de juiste inbouwpakketten voorzien. Het wagenpark van Maasmond bestaat hierdoor voor 85% uit 100% elektrische voertuigen.
Maasmond is met de hercertificering van VGO Keur opnieuw erkend voor resultaatgericht samenwerken en kwaliteit. Het bevestigt dat we onze processen goed op orde hebben. Met het meerjarig onderhoudsprogramma stemmen we af op wat het vastgoed nodig heeft in beheer en onderhoud. We spreken meetbare prestaties af en geven inzicht in de kosten. Opdrachtgevers houden zo grip op het onderhoud en komen niet voor vervelende financiële verrassingen te staan.
